•  up to 30 days before the first day of the relevant event to receive a refund of 80% of the event fees (the remaining 20% of those fees being retained as a processing fee).
• less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the relevant event to receive a refund of 50% of the event fees (the remaining 50% of those fees being retained by way of processing and cancellation fee).

VISAGE in Monte-Carlo, Monaco from 17/11/2023 – 18/11/2023 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 21 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Delegates with a VISAGE Academic Pass will be evaluated for both theory and practical parts. Upon successful evaluation, they will obtain an official academic institute certificate endorsed by IUFC in anatomy and injection techniques applied to facial aesthetic medicine.

At the end of the conference, and the elegible passes only, you will be able to claim and download your certificate of attendance and an official academic institute certificate endorsed by IUFC.

Yes, it is possible if the translator has a ticket for the conference. Each participant, including interpreters must present a badge to access the event. They must be registered for the relevant pass option.

Yes, translation headsets are available at the Welcome (Atrium hall - Level -2) of the Grimaldi Forum for free.
Attendees will be required to leave an ID in exchange for headsets, which will be returned to them at the end.  
Please note that for any lost or unreturned headset, you will be charged a penalty fee.

We do not process visa applications for conference attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application.
