FACE Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) is located approximately 12 kilometers and 20 minutes from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS) through the toll road.

Badge retrieval opens on Saturday - 7 October starting 07.30 am.
To print your badge on-site, please bring your registration confirmation letter. You will be able to PRINT or REDEEM your badge at the Delegate Counter located at Pre-Function – Pecatu Hall Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC) by showing your personal QR code included on the confirmation letter.
Any lost badge will have to be reprinted at the "REGISTRATION DESK" and will be charged 50 USD penalty fees per badge.
Printed version of the congress book can be picked up in the registration area when you pick up your badge onsite.

Yes. You will be able to register on-site on the day. Please note that we only provide online registration and payment.
The application process for a visa for Indonesia can take up to 30 days prior to your travel date. It is advised that you make early arrangements for your visa before your trip.
For most countries, no specific Visa is required to visit Indonesia. Exhibitors and delegates can apply for Visa On Arrival (VOA) with terms & conditions applied. Read futher VOA information here

- One delegate badge is valid for single use and for one person only.
- Full vaccine (booster) and mask may be required for FACE ASEAN participation depending on Indonesian Government COVID-19 policy.
- The dress code is strictly business attire. The following dress code/attire is NOT allowed entry into FACE ASEAN:

- Singlet/Sleeveless Shirt/Sleeveless T-shirt
- Slippers/Flip-Flops
- Peep-toed Shoes/Uncovered Footwear
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to delegates who are not appropriately dressed.
