If you wish to submit an abstract to our events, we invite you to log in to the submission portal EUROGIN 2026 Abstract Submission
Once you have submitted your abstract, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive anything, please check your spam folder, or contact us at: [email protected].

The abstract submissions deadline is October 30th,2024.

You will be notified by email. Please note, abstracts are sent to the scientific committee after the submission deadline and the evaluation process takes a minimum of 30 days. Meanwhile, thank you for your patience.

To request a cancellation of your registration for an upcoming event, please log in to your account on our website, go to 'My orders', click on 'Request a refund' for the corresponding event you wish to cancel and follow further instructions.

You can request a refund if you are eligble in accordance with our cancellation policy . All cancellations must either be submitted online on the customer profile page of the relevant event or sent in writing to [email protected].

The certificate of attendance is only issued to delegates who attend the scientific sessions, This does not include visitor pass options and company staff passes.

At the end of the conference, for the elegible passes, you will be able to claim and download your certificate of attendance after completing a suvery sent to you via email (please check your spam folder).

For information regarding the CME accreditation status of the event, please visit our 'CME accrediation' page under the 'Program' tab in the menu.

After the conference, for eligible passes, you will be able to claim and download your certificate of attendance including the CME credits if applicable after completing the EACCME suvery sent to you via email (please check your spam folder).
You can claim your certificate of attendance until the following edition of the conference. Past that time, we regret that we cannot issue it anymore.

Yes, it is possible if the translator has a ticket for the conference. Each participant, including the translators must present a badge at the entrance of the event, thus needs to be registered for the relevant pass option.

Various transportation options are available for traveling from the Vienna Central Station or Vienna International Airport to the venue:

From the Vienna Central Station :

Vienna has excellent train connections to all major European cities, especially with night trains. From the train stations you can easily reach us by public transport: Vienna Central Station (subway line U1 - in 20 minutes without changing), West Station (subway line U3 and U6) and Praterstern (subway line U1). Option from the Vienna International Airport : 

Taxi: Vienna International Airport is located approximately 18 kilometers from the Austria Center Vienna, which translates to about a 25–30 minute drive depending on traffic.
Taxis are readily available at the airport 24/7.

Public Transport:

For public transportation, please visit the Wiener Linien website.

  • Bus: Vienna Airport Lines operate regular buses between the airport and various points in Vienna. The journey typically takes 30–45 minutes depending on traffic and your final destination.
  • Train City Airport Train - CAT: The City Airport Train (CAT) offers a direct connection between Vienna Airport and the city center in just 16 minutes.
    From there, you can take the U-Bahn (subway) to reach the Austria Center Vienna.
    This is a fast and efficient option.

We do not process visa application for our attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application.

To obtain the invitation letter, it is mandatory to be registered for the event. Once registered, log in to your account here to request the letter.

Note: we advise you to apply for your visa at least 8 weeks prior to the event.

You can reprint your badge at the Help Desk in the registration area. The fee is 70€ per badge. 

Taking pictures or filming the lectures is strictly prohibited.

No compliance of the rule will lead to being requested to leave the venue.

Please make sure your name and the billing details are all filled in English. Avoid using non-English letters and try again. Please make sure that you are not putting the full address on the same tab but rather use "additional information" tab for filling in the rest of the address.

Paying by bank transfer is possible, you can simply select the option at check-out.Please note that an additional 15$ fee must be paid.


For administrative reasons, all bank transfers must be made at least 10 days before the congress. After this date, participants will be required to pay for their registration on-site if they cannot pay by credit card beforehand.
