The abstract submissions deadline is October 30th,2025.

We do not process visa application for our attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application.

Please make sure to arrive within the specified time frame and have your registration confirmation letter ready for a smooth badge retrieval process.

Paying by bank transfer is possible, you can simply select the option at check-out.Please note that an additional 15$ fee must be paid.
For administrative reasons, all bank transfers must be made at least 10 days before the congress. After this date, participants will be required to pay for their registration on-site if they cannot pay by credit card beforehand.
