If you wish to submit an abstract to our events, we invite you to log in to the submission portal EUROGIN 2025 Abstract Submission
Once you have submitted your abstract, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive anything, please check your spam folder, or contact us at: [email protected].

The abstract submissions deadline is October 30th,2025.

You will be notified by email. Please note, abstracts are sent to the scientific committee after the submission deadline and the evaluation process takes a minimum of 30 days. Meanwhile, thank you for your patience.

Please note that in order to access the event content, you must be registered for EUROGIN.

Delegates may cancel their registration in accordance with the following conditions:

Any cancellation request must either be submitted online on the customer profile page EUROGIN 2025 (eurogin-order.com) of the relevant event. If you have forgotten your password, please refer to the 'I forgot my password' question.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be notified in writing by email uniquely to: [email protected]

• Up to 30 days before the first day of the relevant Event to receive a refund of 80% of the Event fees (the remaining 20% of those fees being retained as a processing fee)
• Less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event to receive a refund of 50% of the Event fees (the remaining 50% of those fees being retained by way of a processing and cancellation fee).

Organiser regrets that cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event.

To request a cancellation of your registration for an upcoming event, please log in to your account on our website, go to 'My orders', click on 'Request a refund' for the corresponding event you wish to cancel and follow further instructions.

You can request a refund if you are eligble in accordance with our cancellation policy . All cancellations must either be submitted online on the customer profile page of the relevant event or sent in writing to [email protected].

The certificate of attendance is only issued to delegates who attend the scientific sessions, This does not include visitor pass options and company staff passes.

At the end of the conference, for the elegible passes, you will be able to claim and download your certificate of attendance after completing a suvery sent to you via email (please check your spam folder).

For information regarding the CME accreditation status of the event, please visit our 'CME accrediation' page under the 'Program' tab in the menu.

After the conference, for eligible passes, you will be able to claim and download your certificate of attendance including the CME credits if applicable after completing the EACCME suvery sent to you via email (please check your spam folder).

You can claim your certificate of attendance until the following edition of the conference. Past that time, we regret that we cannot issue it anymore.

Yes, it is possible if the translator has a ticket for the conference. Each participant, including the translators must present a badge at the entrance of the event, thus needs to be registered for the relevant pass option.

Various transportation options are available for traveling from Arlanda International Airport to the venue:

• Taxi: Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately 16 kilometers away from the Congress Center, which translates to about a 25-minute drive. Taxis can be easily found at the airport.

Public Transport:

For public transportation, please visit the STCP Public Transportation website

• Bus: You can take a city bus from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport to the venue. - Line 601 - Direction Cordoaria. The bus will stop at Hospital Santo Antonio, from where you can walk approximately 6 minutes to the venue. Total duration : Approximately - 46 minutes
• Metro + Bus option : 1. Take the metro Line E towards Estádio do Dragão and get off at Trindade station (approximately 24 minutes). 2. Transfer to metro Line D towards Santo Ovidio and get off at São Bento station (about 4 minutes). 3. From São Bento, take bus STCP 500 towards Matosinhos (Mercado) and get off at the Alfândega stop (around 5 minutes) Total duration : Approximately 33 minutes.

We do not process visa application for our attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application.

To obtain the invitation letter, it is mandatory to be registered for the event. Once registered, log in to your account here to request the letter.

Note: we advise you to apply for your visa at least 8 weeks prior to the event.

Paying by bank transfer is possible, you can simply select the option at check-out.Please note that an additional 15$ fee must be paid.

For administrative reasons, all bank transfers must be made at least 10 days before the congress. After this date, participants will be required to pay for their registration on-site if they cannot pay by credit card beforehand.

A cloakroom with limited space is available at the registration area.A charge of 2€ per item is made to customers for using the cloakroom. We recommend that you come as light as possible.
