Dr. Helen Trottier is Full Professor in the Department of Social and Preventive Medicine at the Université de Montréal. She has been running a research laboratory since 2008 at the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Center on the field of infectious disease, especially on the impact of the perinatal transmission of virus (such as HPV, HHV) and pregnancy outcome associated with viral infection. Dr. Trottier has published more than a hundred scientific articles.
