Dr. Marc Brisson is full professor at Laval University. His research aims at developing mathematical models that examine the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of interventions against infectious diseases. He has produced over 110 peer reviewed journal articles, and has consulted for organisations/agencies such as the WHO, the CDC and PHAC. He has an MSc in Epidemiology from Laval University, and a PhD in Health Economics from City University, England.
