My work is focused on using genetic epidemiology to understand cancer inequities in incidence and survival globally. I'm currently focused on head and neck cancer genomics, with an interest in how the HPV viral genome affects the somatic profile. I have a strong interest in promoting integration of diverse populations into cancer genomics to understand how population-specific genomic structure and germline genetics modulate disease risk and somatic alterations.
