Filming and photographing scientific sessions is prohibited except by the official AMWC South East Asia photographer and camera operator unless agreed prior to the event with the AMWC South East Asia Organisation.
Should this be seen during the event, the person/s will be asked to politely stop.
Continuous violation of this rule will result in the person/s being asked to leave the venue.

Paying by bank transfer is possible, you can simply select the option at the check out. Please note that an additional 15$ fee must be paid.

For administrative reasons, all bank transfers must be made at least 10 working days before the conference. After this date, participants will be required to pay for their registration on-site if they are unable to pay by credit card beforehand.

We do not process visa applications for conference attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application.

Note: we advise to submit your visa application at least 8 weeks prior to the event.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted if your visa application is unsuccessful.
