You can modify the content of your abstract submission(s) by logging in to the abstract portal as long as it is a "draft". By "submitting" your abstract, you will no longer be able to edit it.

You will be notified by email. Please note, abstracts are sent to the scientific committee after the submission deadline and the evaluation process takes a minimum of 30 days. Meanwhile, thank you for your patience.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be notified in writing by email uniquely to: [email protected]

• Up to 30 days before the first day of the relevant Event to receive a refund of 80% of the Event fees (the remaining 20% of those fees being retained as a processing fee)
• Less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event to receive a refund of 50% of the Event fees (the remaining 50% of those fees being retained by way of a processing and cancellation fee).

Organiser regrets that cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event.

To request a cancellation of your registration for an upcoming event, please log in to your account on our website, go to 'My orders', click on 'Request a refund' for the corresponding event you wish to cancel and follow further instructions.

AMWC ASIA 2024 is a physical event taking place at the TAIPEI INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER (TICC).This means that attendees can participate in person at the venue.

Yes, it is possible if the translator has a ticket for the conference. Each participant, including interpreters must present a badge at the entrance of the event, thus they must be registered for the relevant pass option.

We do not process visa applications for conference attendees. However, you can download your invitation letter from our website to support your visa application.
To obtain the invitation letter, it is mandatory to be registered for the event. Once registered, log in to your account to request the letter.

Note: we advise to submit your visa application at least 8 weeks prior to the event.

Unfortuntaly, refunds cannot be granted on the grounds of unsuccessful visa applications.

Please make sure your name and the billing details are all filled in English. Avoid using non-English letters and try again.

Paying by bank transfer is possible, you can simply select the option at the check out.Please note that an additional 15$ fee must be paid.

For administrative reasons, all bank transfers must be made at least 10 days before the congress. After this date, participants will be required to pay for their registration on-site if they cannot pay by credit card beforehand. 

Please mention the registrant's name and event name on all the bank transfer documents.
