You can modify the content of your abstract submission(s) by logging in to the abstract portal as long as it is a "draft". By "submitting" your abstract, you will no longer be able to edit it.

You will be notified by email. Please note, abstracts are sent to the scientific committee after the submission deadline and the evaluation process takes a minimum of 30 days. Meanwhile, thank you for your patience.

Only AMS Premium members can benefit from 20% of their conference tickets and AMS-supported events. You will simply need to insert your membership number when you register for the conference, the discount will be applied automatically.

Depending on the conferece, a selection of sessions will be available on-demand a few weeks after the event on AMS for AMS Premium members only.

Delegates may cancel their registration in accordance with the following conditions:

Any cancellation request must either be submitted online on the customer profile page https://www.euromedicom.com/en/login.html of the relevant event. If you have forgotten your password, please refer to the 'I forgot my password' question.

- up to 30 days before the first day of the relevant event to receive a refund of 80% of the event fees (the remaining 20% of those fees being retained as a processing fee); or

- less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the relevant event to receive a refund of 50% of the event fees (the remaining 50% of those fees being retained by way of processing and cancellation fee).

- cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the relevant event.

To request a cancellation of your registration for an upcoming event, please log in to your account on our website, go to 'My orders', click on 'Request a refund' for the corresponding event you wish to cancel and follow further instructions.

You can request a refund if you are eligble in accordance with our cancellation policy . All cancellations must either be submitted online on the customer profile page of the relevant event or sent in writing to [email protected].

Accreditation information is available on each conference website under the program tab.

For CME or CPD accredited programs, following the conference, for eligible passes, you will be able to claim and download your certificate of attendance including the credits if applicable after completing the survey sent to you via email.

The certificate of attendance is only issued to delegates who attend the scientific sessions, in-person or virtually. This does not include visitor pass options and company staff passes.
You can claim your certificate of attendance until the following edition of the conference. Past that time, we regret that we cannot issue it anymore.

The official language of our conferences is English. Translation might be offered, please refer to the conference programs for more information.

Yes, it is possible if the translator has a ticket for the conference. Each participant, including interpreters must present a badge at the entrance of the event, thus they must be registered for the relevant pass option.

To obtain an invitation letter, it is mandatory to be registered for the event. Then, you need to log in to your personal account to request your letter for visa.

Paying by bank transfer is possible, you can simply select the option at the check out.
For administrative reasons, all bank transfers must be made at least 10 days before the congress.
